  • How do I book?

    Download our app, Bootylicious Reformer Studio from the app store and select the option that suits you whether it be a membership subscription, single classes or purchase one of our discounted classpacks.

  • How do I access the studio if I have a 24/7 membership?

    When you book your on-demand classes, your app will give you access through your phone to our studio for your scheduled time with a unique bar-code. If you have any issues please call or text us on 0401 994 323 or 0432 456 842.

  • Where do I park?

    Parking in Margaret street is free before 9am and after 5pm weekdays. There is paid parking available with hourly rates around $1.80 and free parking on weekends within the city.

  • Is there an age limit?

    If you are over 16 we would love to see you in our reformer classes, if you are over 14 and attending with an adult to our 24/7 studio please notify us before you subscribe.

  • How often should I come to see a result?

    We recommend at least 3 classes per week.

  • What should I bring to the class?

    Pilates socks (grip on the feet), waterbottle and pilates mat (if you prefer)

  • How many kiosks are available for 24/7 access?

    We have 5 kiosks available to book outside of instructor lead class times.

  • Do you offer corporate classes?

    Yes we do - these are held at lunch times and are available for group bookings. Contact Roxy on 0401 994 323 to enquire.

  • Can I use the kiosk during scheduled class times?

    No. 24/7 access is only available outside of our scheduled class times.

  • If I have membership for 24/7 can I also attend instructor lead classes?

    You can book any of our instructor lead classes in addition to your membership for just $12 per class. We will give you a discount code to use with your membership.

  • How do I pay?

    Book and pay through our app.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We offer flexible suspension or cancellation, just call or text us on 0432 456 842 or 0401 994 323 to discuss your circumstances and we will help. Please note that if you have booked a class we have a 12 hour cancellation policy at no cost and your credits will still remain on your account.
